1 November 2025The business owner had an emergency surgery. So the delivery never occurred. A full refund was submitted, she was so apologetic, which I didnt think was necessary. No one person has control of medical emergencies

I've worked with Gathered Stems many times over years --most recently on a celebratory arrangement (end of medical treatment) for a loved one as well as a bereavement arrangement, and she's my go-to for Mother's Day flowers as well. Everything is always perfect.
