national flower services seems like an easy fix. While many local florists might
subscribe to those national 1-800-send a bouquet, the wire service is not helping your

was the poor quality. The arrangement looked like the photo, but it was not made from
the highest quality florals and greens you might expect.

set up the system so that the florists are competing based on price. The florist selected
